Quince Liqueur gin, sweeter and a little different - Quince paste meets Gin, and they get on together…..neat, over ice, soda, and surprisingly good with a tonic. Small batch barrel aged gin - a bit special, 18 months in a barrel previously used for our apple brandy - complex, deep, exquisite.
