LOBO Cloudy Apple Cider is a cider that embraces the full essence of the apple. We don’t filter out the apple, allowing you to experience the natural richness that comes from real, unfiltered fruit. Our process begins with crushed apples that are allowed to settle briefly before fermentation starts. We then introduce cultured yeast and continue with a long, cool fermentation. At just the right moment, we arrest the fermentation to preserve the full length and depth of flavour that’s become a hallmark of LOBO. The result is a cloudy, wholesome cider with a natural apple and yeast sediment in the bottle.
When pouring LOBO Cloudy Apple Cider, try it over ice and invert the whole bottle first for a fuller, richer taste. You can also gently roll the bottle or pour carefully, leaving the sediment behind—each method offers a different level of clarity and subtly alters the flavour. We encourage you to experiment and discover which approach you enjoy most.
You may notice that the bottle is a different colour to the picture on our website. At the time of writing we are changing from green to brown, as the green bottle is no longer being made in Australia. We could import some, but that’s not the right thing to do, we prefer to stay local, so we’re gradually changing to the bottle that we can still get.
