This bottle-fermented cider from our Pet Nat series offers a light spritz and a refined finish, making it a versatile choice for those who appreciate nuanced flavours.

• Lenswulf: Embracing a traditional English style, Lenswulf is a dry cider made from a blend of Kingston Black and Brown’s apple varieties. Though the fermentation aimed for a “keeve,” the result is a well-rounded apple flavour with a fresh finish, intriguing tannins, and a hint of funk. It’s a balanced cider with a touch of complexity, perfect for those who enjoy a bit of character in their glass.

• Bewulf: A rare find in our Pet Nat series, Bewulf is bottle-fermented to create a naturally sparkling finish. This limited-edition cider features soft tannins and rich complexity, offering a unique tasting experience that reflects our dedication to craft.
